I gave this office so many chances. Very frustrating how they rarely admit to there very obvious mistakes. They always blame the system. Times they absolutely cannot blame the system. When I've ask to speak to Chris because these girls didnt know how to handle something. He is always "sick" or "OUT". These girls always have such sassy attitudes. Leticia and Diana Don't like to admit there mistakes. Takes a month and consistent follow ups to get a problem solved! Leticia So sorry I forgot to do this or that is the card she would pull! Diana would say I dont remember having that conversation card!! Seriously??? I would prefer not work with this office again!! No human kindness or dignity here!! Diana and Leticia constantly make the same mistakes over and over. Chris does not really seem to do much or care much about how his customers get treated. These girls are so full of excuses its like they make so many mistakes the have become pros at giving excuses for same mistakes. This office is Very unprofessional do not waste your time with these Fools!! I HAD TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER OFFICE/AGENT!!
