*Worst customer service ever. This is my story. I strolled into this store today looking for a few shirts. I've visited many times in the past. When I went to check out, I placed my items on the counter and was greeted by a Latina manager-cashier who looked at me and pointed to a rack of clothes. "The shirts," she said. So I'm thinking she's referring to the 2 for $35 special they had on a shirt I was buying. I doofed it and only grabbed one shirt, so I assumed she was trying to help me save money and advise I grab another. Wrong. She was actually pointing to a pile of 4-5 shirts that someone had taken down from the rack to look at. "You took those down," she said. She had a very unpleasant demeanor about it. Yelp- I solemnly swear to you I did not take those shirts down. So I giggle like "no, I definitely did not lol." She goes as far as to say "I SAW YOU DO IT!" And she was trying to scold me like an auntie. I won't say what I replied, but I didn't lose my cool and I definitely won't be returning to this store. I advise you stay away as well- or the auntie lady might yell at you, too.
