There is a major issue with Marijuana smells in the hallways and in your apartment. Management would not do anything about this issue and if you have kids, you will just have to deal with their room and your whole apartment smelling like drugs almost everyday. (Only good thing about living at Seven is that maintenance (Mario) does a great job with keeping our apartment and building nice!) Also, the building is poorly constructed with poor insulation. If you are on the second or third floor, you will be harrassed by neighbors below you about walking in your apartment. My family has been harrassed by the mentally unstable neighbor under us who chased my wife and 10 year old son with his German Shepard dog. We reported this to the police who said this was a direct threat and the property manager, Brent, who will more than likely do nothing about it. I am counting the days until my family moves out and is safe! Issues have not been addressed regarding their drug policy on their drug addendum and neighbors who use drugs. I was threatened by previous management, Maria (who got attacked by a tenant's dog) to remove my negative review on Google or I will not be allowed to renew my lease, as if I had any intention to do that. I want out of my lease due to safety concerns and they are denying this. Not a safe place to live, and nothing luxurious about it!
