A perfect 5-star! I purchased an Ipad no longer than 6-months ago only to realize the Wi-Fii was no longer working. I made an apt on their web site and they saw me ON-TIME. It was better than visiting the Dr's office when they ask you to arrive 30-min earlier and take you in 1-hr later. they had a technician diagnose my Ipad on the dot. The technician took 2-minutes to assess the ipad and went straight to the point. "Sir, your antenna must be malfunctioning." He swapped the Ipad with another and it took him 2-minutes and my index finger to sign his iphone agreeing to Apple terms and the swap. WALA! I received a new Ipad 4th generation. Thank you APPLE and your 100% Customer Service. You promised and you delivered!
