Awful experience today. The car wash is ill managed or not managed. My car was backed up and the punk that was cleaning it off used my name 20 times to Awful experience today. He let me drive away with the window still marked (see photo) and no air freshener. I'm sure he was proving he had the upper hand. Good for you, but bad for business to.make a point.
