I appreciate (Nikki C) the first review posted. She has made it very easy for me to simply say I AGREE with EVERYTHING she has said. RPMG is ABSOLUTELY the worst HOA...Ever. Yes, every encounter is turned into, redirected into somebody BIG BAD PRODUCTION. I'm still in SHOCK with what I had to go through for one of the most simplest issues in property management.
It took five days of emails and phone calls all for nothing only to still receive more phone calls and emails. Go Away! already.
Someone over there has some SERIOUS ISSUES. I personally have dealt with JUDY FROM HELL....run.
Regarding my personal opinion of the community ( Spring Oaks) where I had my BAD management experience. The community is clean of paper and trash that give u a false feel for the complex. However, it's NOT CLEAN of pet POOP.
It's obvious that they are NOT apart of CRIME FREE MULTI-HOUSING because they wouldn't pass the inspection to be apart of the program. I would also assume they wouldn't spend any money to secure their community or protect its residents. They have TERRIBLE LIGHTING and quite a few dead spots. Their landscaping co is NOT trimming the bushes from the bottom to avoid anyone from hiding behind/under at night.
Not even five blocks away is one of the HIGHEST CRIME AREAS on this side of LV. I would encourage residents to add Crime Mapping into the daily lives...just fyi to see for themselves.
