After reading the great reviews and desperately needing a massage I went to this location however, it was not a great experience. I had an appointment at 11. As directed I arrived early to fill out paperwork which only took a couple minutes. At about 11:05 the front desk employees got a call from my therapist saying he was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be there for another 30 mins, which they failed to notify me until 11:10! I was surprised by this because it was a Saturday at 11. Since I had other commitments I was unable to wait and the front desk staff were not apologetic and we're very disrespectful of my time. Instead of leaving this establishment relaxed I left more tense because they had disrespected my time and wasted almost an hour of it.
