I am from out of town and Nancy helped me from over the phone and email, and it was the best customer service I have had in a VERY long time. She was extremely personable and is very talented at her job. She gave me so many great glasses options, and was able to give me the perfect pair. I love my new glasses, I have gotten nonstop complements on how great they look on me. I am amazed at Nancy Edwards talent in being able to customize them to fit me perfectly just by over the phone and pictures. I will forever recommend her and will continue to use her service.
