I went for the play area, of course!
Pros:
Support a local coffee place
Play area for the kids
Nice atmosphere
Cons:
Not a great food selection, and food looked/tasted prepackaged, not fresh at all.
I ended up going with 4 stars instead of 3 because although the food choices and quality were a bit dissapointing, you're not really going to a coffee shop for the food. And the fact that there's an area for the kids to play is a huge plus. Initially, I was hoping the play area would've been integrated into the main room so adults could drink their coffees and chat, but it's not - it's a seperate room with no food allowed and only adults can bring their drinks in. However there is an advantage to this setup - kids can be more easily "contained" and patrons who just want to enjoy a cup of coffee can do so in relative quiet without kids running everywhere.
