Believe the bad reviews about this particular location! I went against all odd and decided to do business with them since I use to use al Philips a couple years ago! Since I've moved back to Vegas this location is the most convenient for me but after my first visit it will no longer be my location of choice. There's always just 1 employee working and the two times I decided to come once to drop off and the other to pick up I was greeted by a new employee and she definitely hates her job. Not very pleasant to work with, very short with her words keeping the conversation to a minimum and not very knowledgeable about the Platinum Al Phillips membership bag. I wouldn't even be able to sign up for it due to the lack of knowledge she had about the program. Not sure who to blame management for not explaining to her OR her for only retaining 1/4 of what she was told.. Safe to say I won't be back..
