I thought you guys were going to be different from Earnhardt but you are no better. I scheduled an appointment for service on the App, received a confirmation email, and showed up bright and early only to be told you guys don't really use the App and have no record of the appointment so I would have to wait while you service the people in line behind me. You'd think when you charge $80 for an oil change and tire rotation that you could provide the equivalent level of customer service. If you're not going to honor appointments made on your App then you should stop making the App available. I tried to give the whole dealer service a chance given the fact it's a new vehicle, but you've convinced me that Jiffy Lube, Firestone, or any fly by night oil change service can do a better job for a better price. What a shame.
