All of the food I have had here is tasty coming from a person who has never had Korean food before. I really like their tofu hot pots, they come with big servings a big ol cauldron bowl.
The two times I have been here I went in the afternoon at like 2 or 3 I think and the service was slow and unattentive, they didn't take our drink order (though they did bring water) and didn't come back with the bill for a long time.
I imagine like EVERY resteraunt the service is better during peak hours or at least when you aren't the only customer, but it would have been nice to get a little more attention.
The place is decently large and the dining area is very clean.
