*BUYER BEWARE*
I am only leaving 1 star because I have to. I have personal experience with the sales tower managers and Ron "Action" Jackson. After 2 hours working on a deal for a certified pre owned CX 9 I was handed an "out the door sheet" with the final price for the vehicle. This sheet now included dealer ads never mentioned totaling $1895.00! It was a "fluff fee" for items already on the pre owned vehicle and they wouldn't take it off or renegotiate the actual cost of the vehicle or increase my trade in value. I went in looking at a vehicle at one price and it was increased with a fake fee. Complete underhanded "used car salesman" tactics that give the rest of the auto business a bad name. I was extremely irritated leaving the dealership. I attempted to renegotiate at a later date and was confronted with rudeness from Ron "Action" Jackson. Very unhappy with their business practices and they forever burned a bridge that won't be mended. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Avondale Mazda. I purchased from Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa...what a different experience! Read all the other reviews stating the same exact thing!
