I would never EVER purchase a phone from here. When I purchased the phone I was guaranteed by the sales staff that if something went wrong I could walk right into the store and they would replace my phone. I purchased the extended warranty for the added protection if anything went wrong. Well, something did. Battery hot, not charging, screen locking up, and then changing to a black background with numbers and letters all over it. I went in, waited 20 minutes. A customer service adviser looked at my phone and was going to give me a new front but could do nothing about the battery issue. Suggested I just take the phone and go to devicesupport.microsoft.com. I did, they redirected me to a 3rd party repair center where my warranty or added protection does not appear. AND to top it off they want me to pay to have my phone repaired and to be without my phone as I would have to send it in for repair. THE STORE LIED TO ME. I regret ever purchasing any of our items from here. I will tell every person I know about this issue. Too bad this could not have been a happy ending where I tell everyone about great service. INSTEAD I AM telling everyone NEVER to be fooled by the staff that has no clue how their product replacement works.
