1. Nowhere to sit. They engage in Soviet socialist seating by putting the chairs super close to feather so you have to stare at the person directly in front of you.
2. They issue coupons for drinks which is tacky.
3. Sams club tiny cookies, brownies etc. they literally have a tub of hummus on the counter with a huge serving spoon so you wind up with a blob on your plate.
4. Drinks and food are available but served in plastic/paper utensils. Very classy for a 2000.00 flight.
5. Soup is available like at a soup kitchen.
6. They had children running around unsupervised and staff did nothing to confront the parents.
Overall it's easy to see why the middle eastern airlines are taking over the industry. American and US Carriers are just total shit anymore run by out of touch, do it on the cheap morons.
