They were supposed to show up between 12 and 2. We had already moved out and the office had to let them in. We called at 3 to confirm that they came because our lease required us to have the carpets professionally cleaned before move out inspection which was the next afternoon. They had not shown up and said they would be there around 6 pm. The office closes at 5:30 and we were an hour away. He said he'd come first thing the next morning (which he did), and upsold me on conditioning the living room because it all looked like a high traffic area $20 and $35 to remove an un identifiable red stain the size of my head (if it wasn't done to the apartments satisfaction they would've charged us to do the whole thing again). I didn't get to go to the move out inspection but my husband said the carpet looked brand new and that the inspector used a black light to examine the carpet (we have a cat), and the only thing that showed on the carpet was some detergent which they didn't care about. TL;DR? They didn't show up on time, they did upsell, but they did do a fantastic job! If not in a hurry I would use them again.
