We booked our rental through budget in Reno but got checked out by Avis so when we returned our car to budget in Vegas-the people were like "uh were budget-this is an avis car." We showed them our receipt which showed budget just in an avis pamphlet and so they give us our receipt-only they charged us $154 when we booked for $89. They thought they could get away with charging us random fees but I checked the receipt and you could tell they weren't happy they had to actually work! They were watching videos-my bad we were interrupting your video when it's your job. Guy helping us was Denis. Better stick with enterprise or Alamo! I'd rather pay more for better service.
