Without a doubt, one of the best meals I've ever had. The dry aged bone-in filet melted in my mouth. Perfectly cooked, exquisitely seasoned -- but without overpowering the meat. Each of my dining companions were exceptionally pleased with their choices. Their James Beard award is well deserved.
