First appointment at this office was at 1040, didn't get seen until 1220. When I told them I had another appointment afterwards at 1 that I had to make they told me around 12 after almost an hour and a half of waiting that I may have to reschedule with them (ENT). Really? Without any apology I saw dr Heiland who took the first sentence out of my mouth and jumped to his conclusion diagnosis. Never let me get another word in before he just up and left the room without answering any of my questions. Poor bedside manner. For a "top doc" I was not impressed. Should have gone with my gut and went to an ENT at Mayo Clinic where I work. I'm sure they are worth the wait.
