These guys are amazing. Not only do they have fantastic gear, but the customer service at this store is fantastic. I had left the rain fly for one of my tents in Colorado recently and after many phone calls found out I could not buy a replacement even though it was rei brand, bummer right, NOPE! After calling the store to see if they had my tent model in store for the upcoming garage sale they went, found one, pulled the fly out, and gave me my new fly! It's actions like this that are the reason I shop here and will be a member for the next 10 years and forever following that.
