Should be called SlowMed!! Walked in with only 2 other patients here, now waiting area is full and I have been waiting for over an hour....this sucks!!
Was told by lady at the front desk that even though I had insurance with no copay, I had to keep a CC on file in order to be seen. I have been here several times before including about 2 weeks ago with my daughter and have never been told that before. I told her to not run my card and she ran it through the cc machine anyway, before i was seen! Was told by billing dept that FastMeds new policy is to not bill you, they just charge your card. Shady. Then after speaking with an employee in the office about this, I was told that FastMed is one of the most expensive clinics and that you could be seen at other hospital associated clinics for half the price! The employee said that FastMed changed policy because they were owed over 1 million dollars so prices have gone up to cover the expense. They said even though they were employed by FastMed that they would not recommend them, or bring their family here because it is a huge scam to make money. That said, I will not be returning to a place that does not bill even if you have NEVER been delinquent on a payment. How can you trust a company that does not have faith in their own clientele!! So sad that this is how people are treated!
