If you want to know what real customer service is like, then take a visit to Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics. It just blows my mind how I was treated in a respectfully and courteous way as soon as I walked into the door.
I was greeted by the front desk who was very kind who then introduced me to another staff who offered me coffee and gave me a tour of the facility which was clean and very up to date with equipment. Every person that I met was very friendly and was always introduced to each of the team involved in my care.
I do not have dental insurance, but their prices are affordable and definitely cheaper than most dental offices in the area. They accept most dental insurance if you plan to use your dental insurance. I ended up choosing their dental plan which was within my price range that fits my needs.
I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and receive real customer service. The entire staff are outstanding and amazing! I scheduled my next appointment and I cannot wait.
