I took my nail kit as I don't trust them sanitizing theirs properly. Kathy did NOT use my kit even though I repeatedly told her to use it. Then she started digging into my big toe really deeply to the point that I was screaming from the pain. She thought she was removing ingrown nail when I didn't even asked her to. I bled really bad. Long story short, the next day I got a terrible infection and it has now been 10 days and it is not getting any better. I'm treating it with peroxide and Neosporin. I have already called and complained to the owner. It looks like I might have to see a foot doctor for treatment and extra medication and I let the owner know that they will be paying for my medical bill. They probably have cameras set up at the salon where they can see that I took my nail kit and Kathy stubbornly refused to use mine because she is more comfortable working with hers. She could've used it on someone with a serious illness and passed on the disease to me. I will post pictures so you can see. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.
