Unlike other reviewers said, with me, they have always answered their phones promptly and the front desk ladies are always very friendly. The entire staff so far has been great. My baby is seen by doctor Lillie, and she's awesome, she's very nice and helpful and doesn't mind answering all the questions I always have for her. I also never have to wait in the waiting room for too long, which is great.
