Be warned: I strongly advise against using this service. This might work for investor landlords or small complexes but not for big brand apartment complexes with legal defense and collection services. I lost my money and still had to pay the apartment complex $3000 when the process didn't work. His method does not prevent collections. When I complained about losing my money and about being put in an uncomfortable situation, I was sent a threatening letter from his lawyer. I say "his" because it's not really an association, it's one dude working out of his home and it's filthy. While sitting on his dirty couch, I fielded inappropriate jokes and heard stories about how he sues people. He took a break during out initial meeting to heat up some beans on his stove. Who does that? He made jokes about my marrying him and attempted other awkward flirtations. This isn't to say he's a predator-- it's more like he doesn't know how to do business and this is his way of interacting with women (other reviewers mention the same vibe). His keyboard was covered in years of dust, dirt, and DNA. Hard to focus on anything but the grime when he has you over his shoulder reviewing documents that don't even deal with your problem. Using his process you will document every single problem in your living space without focusing on the real issues and it will make you look like a petty, ignorant tenant. My complex legit had brown water coming out of the faucets and a pipe that burst over my roof and came through the ceiling, yet he had me documenting cracks in the sidewalk, crooked outlet covers, and parking spaces with oil stains. His methodology is the same regardless of problem or complaint and will only work to threaten landlords who don't have lawyers. I have waited four years to post this review because I see how he responds to others on review sites, and how he is quick to involve his lawyer. I saw someone recommend them on Facebook today and it gave me a chance to set them straight and reminded me to write this review. Just being an honest Yelp user-- Don't work with this guy.
