Had a flyer in my mail. Thought it's about time to have the floor tiles around the house cleaned up anyways. Called the number and was given an estimated quote. It was pretty reasonable as compared to another competitor I had in the past. Had the appointment set and when the actual quote was given it went as high as $450 and finally reluctantly agreed on $350 with an empty area to be worked on. It was way high but had no choice . The guy was here and really needed it done before my furniture arrives. Surprisingly just one guy showed up to do all the work himself. To make it short, I was unhappy/unsatisfied with the job for the money I paid for. He did not even have rugs to clean up the splatters on the base boards around. He says he would help in cleaning up the edges if I can provide him with the rugs. Unbelievable, shouldn't a professional cleaner have all these supplies? Some area of the tiles were missed out or were not even cleaned up especially the sides of the main entrance where it should have been done at least better than the rest. After finishing his job, I advised him not to throw the dirty water on the street and was informed of the sewer area upfront of the property where he could dispose of it. To my surprise he still threw the dirty water on the street left a big dirt stain and drove off. I should have read the reviews before even setting up the appointment.
