Beware. They are non-responsive and take their sweet time between rentors. It took over 3 weeks for them to "inspect" the unit from the previous tenant. Meanwhile we are losing $$$ from a new rentor. Then we got a run around about the contractors aledgedly doing repair work which was never performed after a month of the unit being vacant. They were going to charge us $75 for debris removal which in the end we found out consisted of the removal of a 12" TV the previous rentor left behind. DO NOT rent from them.
