We are in the process of buying a home in N Scottsdale. With the offer accepted, our realtor lined up AJF to do the inspection. We live elsewhere and were not able to be there for the inspection but we did have a friend film it. Before watching the video, I read the inspector's (Travis's) report. My first reaction was that we had far more action items than I had expected. Then I watched the video. Travis is a consummate Professional with extraordinary attention to detail. My wife and I were highly impressed and swung from having a twinge of post-purchase dissonance to a feeling of comfort based on having an expert's thorough knowledge.
