We bought our new house in 2015 and have been happy with everything in the kitchen, except the bottom-of-the-line sink and faucet. We decided to upgrade and bought a new Kohler replacement. We were treated with professionalism by the customer service person on the phone, who could not have been nicer. Our technician was Matt, who came over and did an incredible job for us. He recommended an upgraded drain and dishwasher line, which he installed for us. The new sink is beautiful, works smoothly, is completely level, and he paid close attention to every detail.
