This was the first Cirque du Soleil show that I had ever seen in my life. Now I wish I had seen all the other ones first! After seeing O, my expectations for what Cirque du Soleil was supposed to be became incredibly high. Nothing compared! I enjoyed the Beatles' Love Cirque du Soleil, but the music for the Beatles = a little too old for me, so I didn't have any strong emotional connection to it. Other Cirque du Soleil shows I have seen since O just now seem comparable to the random performances they have on cruise ships. Obviously their stunts are difficult, but O really really reallllyyy just does it best. If you're already going to spend a shit ton of money on show tickets, do it BIG and watch O. Nothing compares!!
I feel like this show epitomizes Vegas. Extravagant, breathtaking, beautiful... if there was a show to watch in Vegas, this is it!
