This is a perfect replica of Clark County Government. Lots of money spent, a good deal of kickbacks and nepotism, mediocre results. Hours of operation = pathetic. Staff = unprofessional. Rules = uncommon sense. Facilities = semi functional. The archery range is nice, but the targets are garbage. The sporting clays are BY FAR the best part of this facility. The rifle pistol range is a cluster . The session times are ridiculous. The rules (while well intentioned) are foolish. All that safety, but holstered hot weapons. Don't try to set your ears on a table, but carry that Desert Eagle hot on the 10 minute break. Saw them tell a guy to point a cased weapon in a factory box (in a second shooting box) yes double cased and cleared, down range. I'm all for safety, but stupidity doesn't substitute. This is government personified.
