So a coworker of mine convinced me to go to Pittsburgh for the 4th of July weekend and I had Hyatt Points, so my wife and I stayed here. The customer service was great.,, very nice people working here. Our room was very nice. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast they offered wasn't bad either. You could get an omelette if you had patience to wait in line. They offered Starbucks dark roast coffee and a variety of juices. Also, the usual sausage or bacon, some kind of potato, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal. The only problem we had was a wedding party that was drunk and loud at night. The hotel staff at night had a difficult time trying to control them. I don't blame the hotel though, they were trying to get them under control without getting the police involved considering it was a wedding party. Also, this location is right next door to HofbrÀuhaus, a Cheescake Factory, and has a great Irish Pub across the street.
