Stayed here for one night in March. I normally have really good experiences with Holiday Inn's and tend to favour them as the more economical priced hotel. Rooms were decent in size and relatively clean although the sheets had some holes in them. The front desk staff were pretty rude and seemed more concerned about when they would be able to have their cigarette because I obviously inconvenienced them by wanting to check in. The older gentleman who was at front desk in the morning hours was also very unpleasant to deal with. I guess friendly customer service and a smile are too much to ask for these days.
