I have been an avid Starbucks advocate for years with gold star status. However, it has become apparent to me that their "games/challenges" are a heist as I have had to call in on more than five occasions to actually receive my credit for my plays. Many of these times I've had to again follow up, even though I have been told someone would contact me. The latest Starbucks for life I've not only had to do this, but I also keep getting credit for the same part of one challenge. This means you simply get another possible free play but never actually complete a level or win ANYTHING even if you play everyday or more than twice a day, so this is basically just a game to make you spend money with the hopes of earning at least one bonus but again this never Never happens. This game is a scam and I'm highly disappointed I actually believed in it or partake. I thought this was a great company but am now looking for a different vendor if they can't remedy this situation.
