We've had their delivery, which is pretty high ($4.50), but I like HOT pizza and don't mind paying extra for quick delivery. Pizza is either great or quite bad, but the great really is!
Thought I'd try the chicken wings the other night. Order got screwed up and pizza was cold when delivered (we're only a half mile from them)???. I complained, but was offered no accommodation other than "Sorry." Not even an offer to cook me what I ordered!
So, I pay almost $40 (minus a $5 coupon from our last order) for a cold pizza and 20 wings with sauces I didn't order. This latest screw up, coupled with their inconsistency and lousy customer service will have us going elsewhere. Considering there's a pizza shop on every corner, it shouldn't be too hard to find a new favorite shop, hopefully a cheaper one that appreciates their customers.
