I occasionally went to Frank's for over four years, but they officially lost my business. The shop opens at 8, as posted on their website. I arrived at 830 to an empty shop with the manager in the backroom. After five minutes the manager stepped out and explained that a barber wasn't available and it would be another 5-10 minutes. He even had the audacity to state "I normally cut hair on Wednesdays... but not today." This unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. I then drove to J &J's Barber Shop at 1501 W Baseline Rd, Tempe, AZ 85283 and received great service from Dave. Adios, Frank.
