I communicated with Celestia over email. She was very accommodating and answered very quickly. She sent her associate, Rob, to work my event. Rob was very professional. He came early, set, up, and got straight to work. I took a peek at everyone's caricature and thought it really looked like the person it was supposed to! I've had bad caricatures in the past, but Rob was great! Then when the time was over, he packed up and left.
My only complaint is that I wish he would've checked with me before packing up. I did communicate with Celestia that I may want to add an extra hour depending if I still had a lot of guests waiting to he drawn, which I did!
But alas, I was so overwhelmed hosting the party that I just waved him goodbye and said thanks! In my right frame of mind, I might have remembered to ask if he could stay longer. But I forgot to ask too. So not really his fault.
Overall, very happy and would love to use Two Heads Studios again in the future.
