I generally like going to casino for some entertainment. Wildhorse has excellent customer service ...however the food court is AWFUL. The pizza look like it had been sitting there all day. The service was almost nonexistent. everything was so slow for what it's supposed to be fast food I never even ate. At any of the restaurant there. The way that the food court is set up is a terrible design. however the nightclub Chrome it's pretty cool. excellent music as well as the encore lounge. Management needs to seriously rethink their staffing requirements especially during these events where it's going to bring a big influx of people. .
