Very bad experience that I retuned the phone and they said they would return the deposit as a payment for me but I left there with out the proof of any paper work or receipt. I trust them cuz the guy that helped me with said that I am all set. Please please!!!! Do not trust anybody ( ASK FOR THE FUCKING RECEIPT WHICH I DIDNT ,I GOT FUCKED. Unfortunately I didn't get the money back and I went back there to let them know but they said that I need the recipe to proof that I return the phone. How fuck up !!! I asked them if they could look on the system you know what happened !!! They don't have it !!!!! They can't find it !!!!!!
By the way the manager already found out from the customer service that i did return the phone but he still can't do anything. I still lost that money $54.05. All they need is fucking receipt and I need to find it. They never help!!!! How they service the customer !!!!!! How could I find it !!!! They didn't even give it to me at the first place !!!!!
