I tried out South Silk Road with a friend a few months ago as we were in search of a good Chinese restaurant. We had a great experience! We got the last available table (note to self: make reservations next time), and it looked like the people at the tables around us were enjoying their food a lot. The menu was huge and fun to browse. We settled on an eggplant dish and a tofu one, both of which we shared. OMG they were both SO good. Actually I have been dreaming about that soft and flavorful eggplant ever since... I keep coming back for more. Highly recommended!
