What started as a nice morning meeting at crescendo on Monroe street to grab coffee with my dad before heading across the street to buy my fiancé his first Italian suit, ended abruptly as we walked in the door at Lucca. The woman was extremely rude to us. Told us that she didn't have time for us and that she didn't have anything that would fit my fiancé ( a 6 foot triathlete?) and basically to get out and make an appointment. We are well dressed and gracious people. This treatment was so over the top that I feel compelled to write my first ever Yelp review. I can't believe that anyone would treat customers coming to spend such large amounts of money in this way.
Update: My Fiancé talked to Dar and she was very apologetic about her treatment of us. We are hopeful that our fitting with her goes well, since we cannot find anywhere comparable to her store in Madison. Fingers crossed!
