I wanted to write a review based on my current experience with Enterprise as a whole company, as well as renting a specific car at this location. We have rented a car from Enterprise every three months for the past 2-3 years. My fiancé and I went into this specific location on Monday, November 21, 2016. We specifically rented a Dodge Charger for the full size of the vehicle for our Thanksgiving trip, as well as for the comfort of the car. Anyways, we rented the Charger, took it home that night. We started packing the trunk up with our suitcases the next evening to head to California and realized the tags on the vehicle were expired from June 2016. I decided to double check inside of the glovebox to see if the car registration was expired as well and not to my surprise, it was. We couldn't contact the actual location that we rented the car from because they had already closed for the evening. I called customer care via corporate and the supervisor we spoke to expressed that she updated the notes in our account and to take it to Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix, AZ. The heartache continues onto our adventure at Sky Harbor Airport. I am very upset that we were even rented a vehicle with expired tags, and yet, nothing has been done on their end to apologize or compensate for our troubles throughout the evening due to having expired tags.
