I have received two messages from Marina C regarding my 2012 review of this Merle Norman store. She has asked me to remove the review which I will not do, since this was my experience. She states that she is a new owner of the store and has no connections to the previous owners and procedures. I have not been back to the store, so I am not sure if or how things have changed there.
