The Best I could ask for! Fridge started becoming warm and would not cool down after setting thermostat to coldest. When I called to set up an appointment the receptionist was friendly and got to the heart of the matter quickly by asking a few pertinent questions. She was actually trying to get somebody to me the same day even though it was already after noon when I called! I was expecting maybe a couple day wait. She was able to schedule Scott for me the next day with a convenient 2 hour window of 9-11am. She told me he would call when he was on the way which he did 20 minutes out. He showed up friendly and happy to do his work, quickly diagnosed the problem and said it would be a relatively easy fix. No needless up-selling or trying to pad the invoice. I agreed and work was done within the hour that he arrived. Great price, way less than replacing this expensive fridge would have been. Honesty and Integrity are values this company lives by in my opinion. We will definitely use them for any future repair needs. Thank you Scott!
