My company uses Burns for all of their communities, and I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Two days ago I just had my home serviced for the first time with Burns.
Unfortunately, it's the time of year for sewer roaches and I'm a total baby when it comes to bigger bugs. Of course my significant other had just left for work before this ugly guy came crawling up the wall/ceiling!!!!! (Eww). After having a small heart attack, I called Burns and they got me service same day! The gentleman Russell was very quick and thorough and was patient as I had a few questions. Bre and Ruben in corporate were very helpful with my billing needs.
