I scheduled my oil change a couple a days ago online since my BMW was due for one. I had a head start today and decided to go in an hour early. I checked in with the receptionist and she said she will let me know my service advisor Melissa Harvey that I had arrived. So I had my best friend drive his car he bought from BMW last year to take me back home. So we kind of went car shopping as well this was approximately 2:30pm 1-27-18. Half an hour went by and I went back to the receptionist and she said oh they are looking for you I said great where is she... Well I looked over she was helping another couple and she sent someone over to tell me what I was coming in for... he explained to me that there was a computer issues and can't take my car in for the oil change, can I reschedule you I said no why didn't you call me to tell me there was an issue I could of went to the Westside and had it done!!!!!! One Melissa Harvey never acknowledge me sent someone else to help me and said the computer was down all morning really this is why I don't come to this location you're customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
