I went to the walk in clinic. The staff was SO rude and unprofessional. The doctor told me to go to the hospital, and wrote the address on a post it note. No explanation as to why.
I asked to see him again, as I am sick and needed to know why I was going. He was disgustingly rude. I asked for a nurse to be present, she didn't come for the first bit, I had to request again. She eventually showed up after saying 'she was in the bathroom' then she was on her phone 'texting her husband' SO unprofessional. I had to actually tell the doctor to write a letter after seeing him twice. I told him I could not go to the hospital until the day after, and he wouldn't even suggest anything to relive the bronchitis pain.
Dr. Augustine Egbagbe is a terrible doctor and actually was so rude to me. The nurse to refused to give me her name was just as bad. I would NOT recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.
GROSS, if you don't want to help people don't be a doctor. If you're in it for money try banking.
