First, we want to say that we were very happy while we were living at The Station on Central and that the exit process was a breeze. We were refunded every penny. We knew we were only going to be there for a short time--we had just moved to Phoenix from out of state and wanted to look around before settling, and the complex was close to downtown and affordable. But honestly, up front, we weren't sure . . . the reviews had us worried. Then an employer said they often use the complex for corporate housing, so we decided to give it a try. Well, it's under new management, as it turns out, and the problems we saw listed with trash, leaks, appliances not working . . . we never saw or experienced any of that. In our experience, the staff was friendly, exceptionally responsive, and professional; the grounds were clean; and maintenance (the one time we had to call, and it wasn't even an emergency) responded the very same day. It is a mid-range property, but rent is relatively low, it's in a great location, and the property is clean, safe, and well maintained. No complaints from us.
