OK-so I consider myself a dessert snob. I cannot say I am a cupcake expert, but have done a small taste test of 6 other places. By far SDC's is the best. Here is why. they are little sweet bundles of decadence.... For the price, the size wins hands down. The buttercream frosting is so creamy and delectable, I would eat it by itself :). I am a fan of Pink Champagne, Strawberry and any of the chocolate flavors. They are beyond moist, so I am surprised to see some of the reviews. I personally have not had the smashed in box experience, but have at other places, is annoying. On a side note, other places charge up to $1.50 for a box, so .50 cents, not bad. I have tried, Caketini-which gets a zero, AJ's-which gets a sub zero, Sprinkles which should close their doors, Joe's- which gets a 1, Herb Box -which gets a 1, and the other I cannot say because my daughter works there-gets a 2. I need to try more places specializing in CC's. I give Sweet Daddy's a 4 because the customer service could be a bit more charming and patient when asking questions and choosing. I will drive out of my way to get these little cups of sugary joy-but I will be sure to try new places :)
