Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to eat here. I tried going here for lunch. I ordered a regular sized chicken katsu but was told they could only do large sizes right now because "the chicken pieces are too big." 1. Unless I seriously misunderstand what chicken katsu is, I don't understand why the cook couldn't cut the chicken to accommodate the size I requested. 2. I don't want to eat that much or pay for the large. It felt they were trying to force me to spend more money.
The cashier (sweet girl, not her fault), went to the back to ask the cook if he could make a large but he kept arguing with her saying he couldn't.
Overall a puzzling and disappointing experience.
